Energy from the Vacuum by Tom Bearden

While this book is selling for $425; the information in it must be invaluable if it is priced such that only the elite can afford it. After he passed away, much of his website at cheniere.org was scrubbed. On the internet archives, you can search for cheniere.org and find some of his work.

This work explains how energy can be derived from the vacuum. 

Tom Bearden calls it Source charge. The whole concept of physics assumes that particles have charges because the charges themselves produce them. But where do they get the energy to produce the charge? If we can't model that; then we are breaking the law of conservation of energy. So apparently according to Bearden, the particles get their charge from the vacuum. By 'setting apart' a charge you give it access to draw energy from the field at a set direction relative to other charges. With this concept it is possible to draw energy from the vacuum from set directions in order to create energy.
